Maggie has been working in the beauty industry since 2004. Her years of experience, enthusiasm, upbeat attitude and passion for her role at Michael’s make her a valuable member of the team. Starting as a receptionist at Michael’s 5 years ago, her dedication and exemplary customer service skills  made her the obvious choice to promote to Guest Services Manager.   Whether you have been coming to Michael’s for years or are a new client, Maggie takes the time to find out your beauty needs with an in-depth telephone consultation to provide you with the best service and results. In her role as Bridal Coordinator, Maggie consults with every bride and groom to assess all their needs leading up to their wedding day, and assures each bride has the worry free experience that they’re looking for. Maggie is also Michael’s certified Misencil eyelash extension specialist.
